Piper should have really thought about the consequences of the truth spell before casting it. Sure, she was worried about Phoebe, but that wasn't a valid excuse to use a spell for personal gain. She had no idea it would effect anyone in the dorms at the time it was cast.

Piper was still very concerned for Phoebe after speaking to her up on the roof which is still being played out. She hated seeing her sister so...lost. She wondered if there was anything she could do to help ease Phoebe's mind about certain things.
